Cross-app aggregation

Every Claros product reports errors into one place. Sentinel deduplicates by signature so you see patterns, not noise. One alert per real bug, regardless of how many customers hit it.

Local classification

Errors are classified at the origin before escalation. User auth failures, rate limits, validation errors, and transient network blips never page anyone. Only confirmed app bugs flow to Sentinel.

Burst, recurrence, and spread rules

Three detection rules catch outages, nightly cron failures, and low-frequency bugs affecting many customers. Each rule has its own threshold and maps to a distinct response.

Foundry integration

Confirmed app bugs trigger a Foundry run automatically. Sentinel hands over a root-cause brief; Foundry drafts the fix branch. From detection to reviewed PR: usually under sixty minutes.

Human-in-the-loop approval

No fix auto-deploys. Every auto-generated PR still goes through CI, staging verification, and human review. The loop closes with a person, not a robot.

PII-sanitised by design

Emails, tokens, UUIDs, and file paths are stripped before any error leaves the origin app. Data residency stays where the customer put it. GDPR-safe telemetry.
