Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the Claros platform and services provided by Nordlabs AS. Customers and Users must comply with this policy when accessing or using Claros.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Claros to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including data protection and privacy laws
• Upload, transmit, or store content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other customers' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Use the platform to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the platform without authorisation

Enforcement

Nordlabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Claros for violations of this policy, with or without notice, depending on severity. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
